Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of digital marketing services (“Services”) by Grow My Business (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Services Provided

We offer a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

Social Media Marketing & Management

Content Marketing

Email Marketing

Website Design & Optimization

Branding and Graphic Design

The scope of services will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide all necessary access, content, and information required to deliver the services.

Respond to communication and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.

Ensure all information provided is accurate, current, and legally owned or licensed.

Fees and Payment

Payment terms and pricing are defined in the service proposal or invoice. Invoices are due within [X] days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur an [X%] late fee per month. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Term and Termination

The Agreement begins on the effective date and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is overdue or if the Client breaches the terms of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of all materials provided to us. Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables created by us unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information that is not public and is shared for the purposes of delivering services under this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow My Business shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages; Loss of profits, revenue, or data;

Any issues resulting from third-party platforms or service providers.

Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing results may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., algorithm changes, market conditions, competition). We do not guarantee specific results but will perform services to the best of our professional abilities.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, platforms, or subcontractors to deliver services. We are not responsible for issues outside our control caused by such third parties.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
